While Jim started his real estate practice locally 3 years ago - licensed in both MO and KS - he began buying and selling real estate after graduating college, when he purchased his first home with no money down.
He completed his Master’s degree from Drake University in business and psychology.
Over the last 10 years, he has been involved in real estate transactions from 100k fix and flip investor opportunities to 9 figure development projects.
