Jim got hooked on real estate when he purchased his first home with zero money down and using his down payment fund to purchase furnishings to setup his home. Jim Dilley is known for his ability to listen, common sense business approach, master negotiating skills, patience, and creative service in every detail of his real estate transactions. Jim's formal education includes a Master's degree from Drake University in Business and Psychology. Upon leaving his home state of Iowa in 2016, he and his wife returned to Kansas City where they first met and started their family 30+ years ago. In his free time, Jim enjoys golf, football (Go Chiefs!) and spending time with his four granddaughters.
